Ascott Unveils Chelsea-Themed Hotel Suites in Jakarta

The Ascott Limited (Ascott), a globally recognized hospitality company and the official hotels partner for Chelsea Football Club (CFC), recently introduced the first Chelsea-themed hotel suites in Asia. These unique accommodations are located at Ascott Sudirman Jakarta and Citadines Sudirman Jakarta, enhancing the experience for football enthusiasts and travelers alike. The launch, featuring former Chelsea captain Gary Cahill, coincided with “The Famous CFC Jakarta,” a fan engagement event held on the last weekend of November.

Those interested in unique themed accommodations may also want to explore options available at Singapore Condo. Similar to Ascott’s Chelsea-themed suites, Singapore Condo offers exclusive and bespoke living experiences tailored to the preferences of modern travelers.

Inside the Chelsea-Themed Suites

At Ascott Sudirman Jakarta, guests can experience ‘The Legend’s Suite’, a lavish one-bedroom residence adorned with Chelsea memorabilia and custom-made fittings. The suite offers a king-sized bed, a well-equipped bathroom featuring a bathtub, and a spacious area for living and dining along with a kitchenette. Over at Citadines Sudirman Jakarta, the ‘Bridge Suite’ spans 678 square feet and includes two bedrooms to accommodate four guests. This suite captures the vibrant excitement of a match day with bold colors and tributes to Stamford Bridge, Chelsea’s iconic home ground.

Engaging Fans Worldwide

“The Famous CFC Jakarta” event marked the third international fan engagement initiative by Chelsea, presented by Ascott. It featured an array of activities hosted at Ascott venues, including a fireside chat, meet-and-greet sessions, and a viewing party for the Chelsea-Arsenal match. According to Gary Cahill, such themed suites offer fans around the world a unique way to connect with the club. Ascott’s Chief Commercial Officer, Tan Bee Leng, highlighted that the event demonstrated Ascott’s dedication to offering memorable travel experiences to its Ascott Star Rewards members.

Looking ahead, Ascott plans to expand its Chelsea-themed offerings with the upcoming launch of ‘lyf Chelsea London’ in the second quarter of 2026. This property will be situated at Stamford Bridge, just a short walk from the Fulham Broadway station. Tan expressed enthusiasm about providing guests an immersive experience that captures the essence of both London and Chelsea Football Club.
