Rewritten:

Investing in a condominium offers several advantages, including the opportunity to utilize the property’s value for further investments. This means that investors can use their condos as collateral to secure additional funding for new real estate ventures, thereby growing their portfolio. However, it’s essential to have a solid financial strategy and carefully assess the potential effects of market fluctuations before implementing this strategy.
