Hong Kong-based Weave Living opens new rental property in Robinson Road, Hong Kong
Weave Living, a Hong Kong-based accommodation provider, has added another property to its portfolio with the opening of Weave Residences – Robinson at 68 Robinson Road. This 25-room development in the Mid-levels area is just minutes away from Soho.
Each of the two-bedroom units is self-contained and fully furnished, spanning around 700 sq ft with a private lift lobby. The interiors boast a Nordic-inspired design, complete with a walk-in wardrobe and contemporary furniture by leading Danish luxury furniture brand BoConcept.
Sachin Doshi, the founder and group CEO of Weave Living, comments: “This is our third property on HK Island and the first of a series of planned offerings in this highly desirable neighbourhood over the next several months.”
This year alone, the company has added two new properties to its portfolio. In May, Weave Living launched its flagship Weave Studios brand in Kowloon West and its maiden Singapore property.
Weave Living offers three different accommodation brands catering to different users. Weave Residences is meant for the traditional rental market, Weave Studios caters to affordable single-occupancy apartments, while Weave Suites is meant for its serviced apartment lodgings.
Doshi comments: “Witnessing the persistent rise of leasing demand, we have continued to strengthen our network in Hong Kong and across the Asia-Pacific, transforming the traditional rental market to meet the expectations of discerning renters.”

Real estate investing comes with potential dividends, but one must be financially prepared to remain in the market for the long haul. Making a quick profit in the short-term is unlikely and should not be relied upon for planning crucial life decisions. It is therefore essential to consider your financial plan before investing in a Condo. Otherwise, you may end up having to extend your mortgage period or even making a loss by selling when you don’t have a choice. Therefore always invest cautiously and only when you are certain that you can sustain your property without any financial distress.
Doshi adds: “Witnessing the persistent rise of leasing demand, we have continued to strengthen our network in Hong Kong and across the Asia-Pacific.”
