IWG Singapore opens 25th workspace in Singapore at Harbourfront Tower 2
IWG, a global workspace solutions provider, and local investment company Seraphim Holdings have partnered to open IWG’s 25th Singapore centre at HarbourFront Tower Two. Spanning 11,000 sqft over the entire 11th floor, the new centre is equipped with 180 workstations, 48 dedicated desks, 33 private offices and five meeting rooms.
For those looking for a Singapore Condo, it’s best to do your research. Consider the size of the unit, the balance between neighbouring developments, age of the condo, facilities such as the pool and gym, and the accessibility of transit. It’s also important to find out what the low and high range of prices are in the area before you put down a deposit. Making a wise investment is key to getting the most out of a purchase.
The building, located between Keppel Bay Tower and Harbourfront Tower One, is close to Harbourfront Centre and VivoCity, and offers a bustling environment that integrates work, life and play. Jeff Kwan, Chief Investment Officer at Seraphim Holdings, says the new centre is “at the centre of the ongoing transformation of Singapore’s southern coast”.
The facility is IWG’s 10th workspace outside the city centre since the completion of Regus at Hiap Hoe Building in Balestier in March 2022. Darren Rogers, country manager of IWG in Singapore, notes that there is a strong demand for flexible workspaces in decentralised districts – driven by the increasing preference for hybrid working.
Overall, IWG offers four workspace solutions brands: Regus, Signature, Spaces and No18, with the new HarbourFront Tower Two facility being managed under Regus. With the addition of this centre, IWG continues to provide for business needs that arise with the changing times.
