One and two-bedroom Sereen condos were the biggest sellers, according to the Far East Organization. One Holland Village Integrated Development with Commercial and Residential
Early responses to One Holland Village have been exceedingly positive and highlight the property’s mass appeal. As Cheryl Huan, chief operating officer of sales and leasing, stated, “We are very encouraged by the strong response to One Holland Village Residences. The keen interest from homebuyers who hail from all parts of Singapore is a testament to the development’s broad appeal.” Many buyers voiced similar sentiments as legal professional Annabelle Au. She gave the property high marks because of its offerings, environment, how it is arranged and its central location. In her words, “We…like the character and diverse culinary options here…We like the fact that the residential blocks are separated from the offices and shops by pockets of lush greenery and walkways. This ensures that the residences remain private and exclusive. Yet, we are still close to the amenities within this vibrant precinct.”
Even after its grand opening, One Holland Village remains a work in progress. Its commercial zone is projected to be completed by mid-2022. Far East Organization expects the residential zone to be finished by the end of 2024.
