When purchasing a condo, it is crucial to take into account the maintenance and management of the property. Usually, condos include maintenance fees that cover the maintenance of shared spaces and amenities. Although these fees may increase the overall cost of ownership, they also guarantee that the property stays well-maintained and holds its value. Opting for a property management company can assist investors in managing the day-to-day operations of their condo, making it a more hands-off investment.
